State of repair

Thanks to a recent and complete restoration carried out in 2005 with extreme care and tasteful finishing, the property is in perfect conditions. This conservative restoration has beautifully preserved the architectural/structural features of the ancient building and provided a better, more comfortable rationalization of the living area. The property boasts cotto-effect porcelain tiles for the pavements, exposed chestnut wooden beams and cotto tiles for the ceilings, wooden doors, double-glazed wooden windows, screen door, and wooden structure with waterproofing, insulation and old Roman style tiles for the roof.

Utilities

All the amenities provided by the municipality of Città della Pieve are nearby, easily reachable by foot.
