Its exposure allows you to enjoy the sun all day as well as admire beautiful sunsets. Perfectly restored, with ancient materials and modern techniques. The result is a harmonious context: plaster alternates with rooms with exposed stone, stone access arches, ceilings with wooden beams, terracotta floors, to which is added a unique environment entirely in stone, antique furnishings and modern components to give maximum comfort. The farmhouse is spread over several levels: The lower ground floor, with access from the terraced garden, opens up with a very large living area and a spacious eat-in kitchen, to which is added a charming dining room with walls and ceiling completely made of stone view. A peculiarity is the presence of glass inserts in the floor with a view of the ancient medieval street below. The floor is completed by a storage room and a hallway that leads to the sleeping area where there is a bedroom and a bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. On the even lower floor we find a characteristic cellar, the so-called snow cave, where in ancient times the ice that then formed allowed food to be preserved. On the ground floor, which is accessed both from an entrance in the common courtyard and from two main entrances, we find a large living room with fireplace, a kitchen with another fireplace and an entrance with guest bathroom. Two staircases in opposite positions to each other lead to the first floor where the entire sleeping area is located, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which has a small panoramic terrace. A staircase positioned in a small corridor finally leads to the top floor of the turret, where there is another room with a mezzanine.
