The beautiful villa is surrounded by a large park and a garden to fully enjoy the outdoor spaces and the super panoramic view: in this oasis you will be able to do nothing but regenerate yourself.
Interiors
Entering the villa, decorated with wooden sculptures, you arrive in the large living area with fireplace, relaxation area with sofas and armchairs, a bathroom, hi-fi system, a bar corner, and the large dining table. Even from the outside you are immediately fascinated by the charm of the adjacent wellness area with large windows, equipped with: - Salt pool heated to 31°C - Waterfall - Jacuzzi hydromassage heated to 34° - Tropical shower - Turkish bath The wellness area is surrounded on three sides by windows which during the summer season can easily be opened to create a unique environment with the fantastic surrounding garden. The dining area leads to the fully equipped kitchen, suitable for preparing meals for a large group of guests, and also to the games room with billiards, table football and others. From the living area you enter the sleeping area passing through a study with a large fireplace. Here we find 5 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, each different from the other and each with its own particularity, the rooms are all double rooms with the possibility of setting up a third bed and have direct access to the garden.

Exteriors
The large park surrounding the villa guarantees a lot of privacy. The view is breathtaking, you can admire the surrounding Umbrian hilly landscape at every moment from the sunrise to the sunset, with the light of the sun or with the reflection of the moon.
