Interiors

The main house welcomes us inside with the bright and comfortable entrance consisting of a large living room with comfortable sofas, a spacious dining area perfect for sharing moments of conviviality, the large kitchen equipped with modern and functional accessories and a service bathroom. The spacious and well-lit living room has large patio doors through which you can access the wonderful garden from different points and just outside the kitchen french window there is a magnificent table perfect to have lunch under the century old oak trees. Through a wooden spiral staircase you reach the first floor that opens onto a hallway used as a study and three large bedrooms all the three with en suite bathrooms. Two of the three bedrooms have air conditioning.

Crossing the well-kept and lush garden that surrounds the farmhouse, you reach the annex, which has recently been meticulously renovated. Inside we find a dining area with kitchenette and bathroom and a large sleeping area with double bed and a single bed (upon request), the gym area, a second bathroom and laundry area. The annex does not have air conditioning.

Exteriors

Right next to the house, there is a magnificent infinity pool that seems to blend perfectly with the surrounding landscape. The swimming pool, with its natural stone edges, extends towards the horizon, giving the illusion that water flows directly into the golden fields, in the vineyards and verdant woods. The surface of the water reflects the blue sky and the Tuscan sun, creating a play of lights and colors that changes with the passing of the hours. From one side of the pool, water flows gently past the edge, creating a relaxing sound of waterfall that contributes to an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. Around the pool, there are sunbeds and umbrellas, ideal for relaxing in the sun with a good book or a glass of local wine. The pool is available from April until the beginning of October.
