Step inside the main villa and discover a world of understated elegance. The main villa spans three levels, featuring lofty wooden ceilings, terracotta floors, and panoramic windows framing the surrounding countryside. The living area—a grand, multi-level lounge with sofas, armchairs, tables and a cozy fireplace—is perfect for gathering with loved ones. The large professional kitchen is perfect for preparing feasts with local ingredients. Step into the stunning winter garden —a glass-enclosed terrace that seamlessly blends indoor comfort with outdoor charm.
Accessible directly from the living area, this versatile space is fully air-conditioned for year-round use. It offers a cozy haven in cooler months and can transform into an open-air delight in
summer, thanks to its sliding glass doors. The property includes 13 thoughtfully designed bedrooms, spread across the main villa and a separate annex. Each room offers air conditioning, private bathrooms, and luxurious details. The main villa houses eight bedrooms, including a tower suite and an accessible ground-floor bedroom. The annex, a short stroll from the villa, features five additional bedrooms, each with its own entrance from the outside. One of the bathrooms in one of the rooms is designed to accommodate disabled guests.
The gorgeous wellness center is the crown jewel. Located on the villa’s lower level, it includes a heated pool up to 27°C (with hydromassage stations and countercurrent swimming), sensory showers, a Finnish sauna, and a Turkish bath. A full equipped gym — with Technogym machines, yoga mats and equipment for bodyweight exercises— and relaxation area complete the wellness offering, ensuring ultimate relaxation during your stay. The villa features a convenient elevator, seamlessly connecting the basement, ground floor, and first floor, offering an alternative to the stairs.
